Samantha Keppler

Samantha M. Keppler received her PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Technology and Operations at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Her research focuses on front-line workers and technology in the public and nonprofit sectors, particularly education. Before graduate school, she was a public school math teacher in New York City.
