What distinguishes organizations where people consistently feel energized, engaged, and able to realize their fullest potential? How can individuals and groups foster well-being, resilience, and sustainable performance, even amidst widespread challenges or uncertainty?
In this dynamic 60-minute Thriving Accelerator from the Center for Positive Organizations, you’ll explore a science-backed, integrative framework for creating and sustaining thriving organizations. Rooted in Positive Organizational Scholarship and aligned with our mission to ignite organizational excellence built on a foundation of human thriving, this interactive session invites participants from all backgrounds—students, organizational leaders, scholars, and lifelong learners—to unlock the key factors that drive both personal and collective thriving.
What to Expect:

- Catalyze change: Learn actionable strategies to promote well-being and resilience, even when facing periods of languishing or low energy.
- Apply an integrative framework: Walk away with a practical framework for designing thriving systems at both the personal and organizational levels.
- Activate core resources: Leave equipped with three immediately applicable tools to enhance well-being and performance for yourself and those you lead or influence.
