In this evidence-based 4-session mindfulness course, students will learn various mind-body skills and meditation practices that will increase mindfulness and self-compassion while reducing stress and promoting better sleep. During this period, students will also get a chance to practice 10-min daily meditations using the course’s mobile app for journaling.
This course is for any student interested in learning more about what it means to be mindful, and how mindfulness can be applied to experience life differently with a more open, nonjudgmental mind.
Note: There will not be a session during our fall study break (no Oct 15 session).
