Dave Mayer interviewed on local NPR station about positive management

Dave Mayer spoke with WEMU’s Lisa Barry about a positive approach to management and being friendly and confident in the workplace in this episode of “Art and Soul – The art of better living: Taking a positive approach with others.”

Mayer explained that a negative perspective of others is common, and workers need to view one another as seeking the best in the organization.

Mayer is a core faculty member at the Center for Positive Organizations, and his research focuses on how organizations can create environments that promote ethical behavior.
