David Fessell was interviewed on Michigan Radio’s The Next Idea about his research on flow and how people get into “the zone.” His essay on the topic, “How to train your mind to get in “the zone”” stated that innovation and creativity emerge from that flow state.
Fessell is a professor of radiology at the University of Michigan Medical School and faculty associate at the Center for Positive Organizations.
