Gretchen Spreitzer’s energy management work featured in regional publication of USA Today

Gretchen Spreitzer’s energy management research was cited in a Coshocton Tribune article titled, “Reduce stress by managing energy over time.” The article explains the four parts of energy (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) and how people can improve them.
Spreitzer is the Keith E. and Valerie J. Alessi Professor of Business Administration, professor of management and organizations, and a member of the Center for Positive Organizations’ core faculty. Her research focuses on employee empowerment and leadership development.
