Jane Dutton was interviewed on radio station   about her new book with Monica Worline, Awakening Compassion at Work: The Quiet Power That Elevates People and Organizations. In the interview, Dutton discusses the importance of recognizing suffering and “what kinds of healing forces could be awakened in work places.”

Dutton’s research has expanded to focus on the power of positive relationships at work, job crafting, and positive identities. She is the Robert L. Kahn Distinguished University Professor of Business Administration and Psychology and co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations.
