Humility or hubris?
The research and development of Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) by Kim Cameron and colleagues at Michigan Ross was a topic in the Forbes article, “Effective Leaders Choose Humility Over Hubris.” The article contemplates how business leaders who express hubris over humility can often mean the demise of an organization’s performance and therefore prosperity.
Cameron is co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations and William Russell Kelly Professor Emeritus of Management and Organizations at Michigan Ross.
