Kim Cameron’s research on the use of positive practices in creating a positive culture and organizational effectiveness was cited in The Globe and Mail article, “Three key conditions to create a healthy workplace.”

Cameron is co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations and William Russell Kelly Professor Emeritus of Management and Organizations at Michigan Ross. His current research focuses on virtuousness in and of organizations—such as forgiveness, gratitude, kindness, and compassion—and their relationship to performance.
