Kim Cameron’s research, online learning program contribution mentioned in Fast Company

The Employee Engagement Bootcamp, an online learning program developed at the Ross School of Business, was covered in a Fast Company article titled “The Short, Online Course In Gratitude That Can Make You A Better Boss.”
The program incorporates research from Kim Cameron, and other scholars. Their expertise in positive leadership and finding purpose helped to build exercises and personal reflections within the Employee Engagement Bootcamp, which in turn assist Bootcamp participants with developing a more complete sense of self.
Kim S. Cameron is a William Russell Kelly Chair of Management and Organizations and Professor of Higher Education. His research includes the role of virtuous practices in affecting organizational performance. He is the author of a number of publications in the field of Positive Organizational Scholarship, including, the Oxford Handbook of Positive Organizational Scholarship, and Positive Leadership.
