Center for Positive Organizations (CPO) Research Advisory Board member Theresa Glomb is quoted in the TwinCities.com article “Heading back to the office after working from home during the pandemic? Here are some tips for adjusting.

The article explores lessons learned during the past year, when many employees worked remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic, and examines how that experience might shape the future of work.

People really like that autonomy, being able to say, ‘I’m going to manage my schedule.’ ”

While remote work is here to stay for many workers, others have begun returning to the office. Glomb also offers tips for these employees and employers to ease the transition.

“Really think about what you want going forward and how that is going to look different,” Glomb says. “It’s a good time to reflect on that right now.
