Wally Hopp talks income inequality – and how business can do something about it

Among other topics, Hopp illustrates how income equality creates more growth, concrete ways that organizations reduce inequality, and ways in which inequality hurts businesses.
Wallace Hopp is a faculty associate with the Center for Positive Organizations, associate dean for learning design, Herrick Professor of Business, and a professor of industrial and operations engineering. Hopp was recently awarded the title of CK Pralahad Distinguished University Professor and was a speaker at the 2015 Positive Business Conference.
