| Online Welcome Module | Welcome to the Science of Thriving Organizations: A Thriving Catalyst Launchpad | 5 points Required Module |
| University Of Michigan Course | Complete a Thriving Catalyst approved U-M Course grounded in Positive Organizational Scholarship (or another course that is pre-approved by the program) | U-M Course: 15 points for Magnify 10 points for a course grounded in POS 5 points for an applicable course identified by the student |
| Thriving Accelerator Workshop | Participate in one of the Thriving Accelerator Workshops offered by the Center for Positive Organizations. Each month features a different fast ramp-up to a topic in the science of thriving organizations | 2 points Required: at least 1 workshop |
| Positive Links Speaker Series | Attend one session of the Positive Links Speaker Series presented by the Center for Positive Organizations and learn practical science-based strategies in the field from leading global scholars | 1 point |
| Thriving Catalyst Pop Up Event | Attend and participate in any designated pop up event related to the science of thriving. New events are added throughout the year with alumni, visiting scholars, business and community leaders, and your scholar-coach peers | 1 point |
| Self-Determined Action Learning Project | Are you applying the science of thriving organizations in your club, team, workplace, or community? You can use your lived experience as a powerful teacher in one of our self-determined action learning projects | 5 points |
| Online Completion Module | Unlocking Possibilities for Thriving: A Thriving Catalyst Celebration Capstone | 5 points Required Module |
