Bob Quinn talks post-election experiences with NPR’s Lisa Barry

Professor Robert Quinn was interviewed by Lisa Barry of local NPR station, WEMU, on their radio broadcast for “Art and Soul: The Art of Better Living.” 

Quinn shares a perspective on the election aftermath through the lens of Positive Organizational Scholarship. He explores parallels from personal experience, discusses ways that some people have found new meaning, and recounts one time in particular where he helped encourage people to move from conflict to conversation at the New York State Department of Mental Health.

Robert E. Quinn is Margaret Elliott Tracy Collegiate Professor in Business Administration and Professor of Management and Organizations at the Michigan Ross. He is a co-founder of the Center for Positive Organizations, and among other works, the author of The Positive Organization.
