2019 POS Research Conference

Award for Outstanding Published Article in POS Recipient Keynote Presentation
Kristie M. Rogers, Marquette University

The Award for Outstanding Published Article in Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) was established in 2008 to recognize outstanding scholarship in POS and to encourage research in this growing field. The award is given biennially in conjunction with the Center for Positive Organizations’ POS Research Conference.

The recipient of the 2019 award is Kristie M. Rogers, from Marquette University, for her paper “Seeing More than Orange: Organizational Respect and Positive Identity Transformation in a Prison Context.”

The article was written by Rogers with coauthors Kevin G. Corley and Blake E. Ashforth (Arizona State University) and was published in Administrative Science Quarterly (2017).
